Evminov's Methodology
The Yevminov Method is a patented and approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine method of therapeutic physical training (kinesiotherapy on an inclined plane) for the treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of spinal disorders at any age.
Classes using the Yevminov Method trigger the mechanisms of spinal structure restoration and allow for the treatment of most spinal diseases.
The Yevminov Method is based on a combination of dosed stretching (unloading) of the spine and simultaneous targeted training of the deep (short) muscles of the back.
